We are pleased you have chosen Nova Dental Center. to provide your dental care. We want to help make dental services affordable. For your convenience, we offer the following:
Following your initial visit, our financial coordinator will discuss your treatment costs and payment options depending on your individual situation. Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made with our financial coordinator. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard. We also offer access to an independent lending program to finance major dental care including attractive options with no interest for up to 12 months. Our doctors may recommend that needed treatment be phased over a period of time to make sure it is affordable for you.
Our office SUBMITS insurance for many insurance plans including Delta, Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, Great West, Guardian, Humana, United Healthcare, United Concordia, Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield & Principal.
With there being so many different insurance companies and many different plans offered by each insurance company, we are always happy to verify benefits for you and assist in helping you maximize those benefits. We will submit insurance claims on your behalf if you supply us with a copy of your dental plan card, provide a telephone number to reach your insurance company and an address to submit claims.
Please keep in mind that although we file insurance on your behalf, there is no contractual obligation between our office and your insurance carrier. You are always fully responsible for any charges on your account including your portion of treatment costs not covered by insurance, deductibles, and coverage denied for any reason.
